- **Toni Mort**: "I feel that reviews are very important and I read them very throughly before making my decision. I think that sometimes the guests are not as genuine or accurate  as they should be. So with that being said here’s my thoughts. 

Amenities were great and nothing was lacking. Red Hook was 5 min and we visited Moes multiple times and stocked up. Just a few steps to the pool/ocean and the restaurants on the site. 

The unit itself needs a lot of updates!!!Yes that was noted several times but definitely not descriptive! 

Balcony doors would not lock, tack strip exposed entering bathroom (to which I stepped on), water stains on ceiling, old carpet, smelled musty, sink faucets spin 360 and leak in bathroom. View from balcony consisted of overgrown vegetation and a small glimpse of ocean. 

Please spend a little money and update the unit and your reviews would be better." (8/5)

There were some stairs, but that was all explained in the description so we knew what we were getting into. The Airbnb was exactly as described and I would highly recommend it.
